  1. App crash / bad deploy — Use Render dashboard → rollback. No data loss. ~0 min.
  2. Database corruption — Neon dashboard → Point-in-Time Recovery. ~5 min.
  3. Neon outage — Select most recent backup below → click Restore. ~15–30 min.
  4. Total platform loss — Download backup JSON → provision new instance → restore. ~30–60 min.
Max data loss: 1 hour (hourly backup interval). Annual archives kept indefinitely for legal compliance.
